Tom is the Founding Principal of the Beacon Retirement Group.  He has assisted clients with their retirement and insurance needs for more than 30 years. 

Tom’s experience and industry knowledge has made him a valuable resource and advocate for his clients and their families. He is committed to providing clients with clear information and thorough strategies designed for their unique situation and life goals, all with a high level of service and attention to detail.

*Qualifying membership in the MDRT is based on minimum sales production requirements and gross business generated within a year in addition to maintaining an ethical code of conduct. Lifetime membership is achieved in the 10th year and this status is maintained in future years by attesting annually to having met current minimum production levels and by paying the required dues.

Jared is a financial planner and partner at The Beacon Retirement Group, joining the firm in 2011.  He provides clients with needs-based financial planning, personalized for their unique needs and goals.   

Jared believes that strong client relationships are just as important as the financial services he provides, and he is dedicated to giving ongoing financial guidance now and for years to come. 

The fourth of seven children, Jared’s roots are based in strong family values. Jared married his wife Lindsay (partner Tom’s daughter) in 2009, and the couple have two children. When Jared isn’t assisting clients or spending time with his family, he enjoys being active in the community and furthering his education.

After receiving his degree in English from the University of New Hampshire in 2004, Ryan chose to pursue a career in education. As a private music instructor and special educator, he developed a love for coaching and advising individuals working to obtain their goals. 

He joined the Beacon Retirement Group in the summer of 2019 as an office administrator and intern. He decided to transition to a career in financial services after he began to draw parallels between his experience as an educator and Jared and Tom's “Personalized Process”.  In the summer of 2020, Ryan joined the team as a full time advisor. 

As a professional musician, he tends to think creatively, listen attentively, and communicate effectively. This is also one of the qualities he believes makes him a good team member for Tom and Jared.

He considers himself to be a “servant leader”. He feels that the way to make a difference in life is to give back to your community and take that as seriously as any other endeavor. When he is not working as an financial consultant Ryan spends his free time hanging with his wife Enslin, daughter Adeleine, and their two cats Gus and Ramona.
